My 'Can't Live Without' Holiday Essentials
I love a good holiday! Who doesn't?
My worst nightmare is arriving on holiday and forgetting my beauty products & makeup! Call me vain but when you are used to your favourite items, nothing else compares.
I've made this travel fail twice in my lifetime.....once I went on holiday with my Mum and left my whole makeup bag at home so spent the week boring Mum's heavy foundation and red lipstick which had to combine as lip and cheeks.
The second time was a trip to Florida with the kids. With no time to shop during theme parks I dashed to the nearest Walmart to buy some cheap n nasty makeup to get me by.
Ive learnt my lesson and always carry my makeup in my hand luggage and wouldn't leave the UK without these trusty beauty products.
1 - Origins VitaZing SPF
My number 1 favourite product is VitaZing by Origins. This truly is a wonder cream, like a second skin which makes you look like you have a beautiful clear glowing complexion! Can not get enough and during summer days apply it several times for a refresh and hydration boost.
2 - Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Pencil
I only discovered this eyeshadow pencil recently by Charlotte Tilbury but I know this is going to stay firmly in my makeup bag for years to come in every shade yes please!
What I love about this product is I can use to create a soft eyeliner effect in seconds and look ready for a sunset session or create a full on eyeshadow effect. Straight off the beach a quick swipe under my eyes and the shimmery shades make your own eye colour pop, especially with an exotic tan!

4 - Neals Yard Rose Balm Beauty Balm, £40
This is one of those all round products that everyone should have in their bathroom cupboard.
Nourishing face mask, makeup remover, intense hydrating cleanser, cheek highlighter, eyebrow tamer, lip balm....
I love to sleep with it on to guarantee a radiant complexion in the morning especially after a day in the sun

Light enough to wear during the day and jam packed with SPF to protect your skin.

6 - Benefit Gimme Brow
I really can't go anywhere without my eyebrows on! I am not blessed with the best brows and they are a result of overplucking when skinny brows were en vogue 20 years ago.
Over the years and well before big brows became fashionable I was always making my own brow products as even back in the day I knew there was a gap in the market. I would add a bit of brown mascara and a touch of hair gel to a tube of clear mascara, then 20 years later Benefit creates this! Missed my chance of millionaire business woman of the year!
Always in my beach bag to touch up my brows in an emergency! :-)
7 - UltraSun Daily UV Hair Protector
I find it essential to protect my hair in the sun now otherwise Im straight to the hairdressers from the airport to 'sort' my head out! The sun, salt and chlorine daily do some serious damage, especially if your hair is already coloured. This is a must have prevention product to pack on your hols.
3 - Tom Ford - Neroli Portofino, 250ml
This is 'holiday' in a bottle! The smell is divine and the oil is light and so moisturising.
