Launched in 2017, Pink Water Resort, based in Liverpool, is owned and ran by Helen Beck.
Helen's love and passion for fashion started at young age, watching in the shadows of her mum Sue who ran a highly successful chain of fashion and occasion wear stores across the North West. Having graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Management.
Helen went on to a successful career as a buyer and merchandiser with several multinational retailers. In 2017, whilst travelling through Europe and with a real hunger for sourcing new ideas to bring to market, Helen spotted some exquisite and unique products that were “just calling” to be brought to the UK market, at this point Helen decided to take the plunge and launched Pink Waters.
Helen began the business with her ‘flag ship’ and still most popular product to date, her hand painted monogrammed baskets, all fairly sourced and traded from North Africa. With product lines inspired by anything from the Parisian leather houses of Goyard & Louis Vuitton to the back streets of Morocco, Pink Waters have become the ultimate purveyors of personalised accessories.
The Judges were impressed by the company’s rapid growth since inception, which is testament to the unique product range using the highest quality materials. Over the last 3 years, Pink Waters has grown into a hugely successful global brand with demand for personalised products growing year on year, allowing Helen to bring her love of exotic and unique accessories to an easily accessible and fashion thirsty global market. The company’s personalised resort range has now expanded into beach towels, hats, and boho beach inspired stackable jewellery collections as has also added Bridal, Children’s and nightwear/loungewear collections to its product lines.
